South Africa has showcased a dominant performance, securing impressive victories against West Indies and Scotland, which has significantly boosted their Net Run Rate (NRR) and brought them closer to securing a semi-final spot.
Their only setback came against England, but they have the advantage of playing their last game before England takes the field for their remaining two matches, allowing England to know the equation at all times.
The South African openers have been providing solid starts, while Marizanne Kapp, Chloe Tryon, and Sune Luus have been consistently contributing runs.
The bowlers have also been exceptional in their two victories, indicating that South Africa is well-positioned for success. The only concern for the team management might be Anneke Bosch's promotion to the number three position, as she has scored only 18 and 11 runs in two games at a strike rate below 100.
Bangladesh, in contrast, started the tournament with an impressive victory against Scotland but has since suffered consecutive defeats against England and West Indies.

Right then, South Africa Women have restricted the Bangladesh Women to a below par total of 106. They will now need a good opening stand and they should chase this down. Bangladesh Women will look for some quick wickets at the start. The pitch has a lot to offer to the bowlers and South Africa batters can struggle as well. Which side will come out on top? South Africa Women demonstrated a good bowling prowess throughout the innings, maintaining tight line and length to stifle the Bangladeshi batters. Nonkululeko Mlaba, Annerie Dercksen, and Marizanne Kapp were particularly effective, each claiming a wicket and helping to restrict Bangladesh to a below-par total. The only concern for them is that they bowled eleven wides. They will though be the happier side going into the break.
So, in this challenging innings, Bangladesh Women managed to post a modest total of 110 runs. The innings began slowly as the batters faced difficulties in finding their rhythm. Sobhana Mostary emerged as the standout performer, anchoring the innings with a resilient 38 runs before her dismissal in the 18th over. Nigar Sultana Joty, after a sluggish start, contributed valuable runs towards the end, finishing with a score of 32 of 38.
