It is going to be from our point of view a learning process, going through what positions we might find ourselves in seven month's time at the World Cup, with a perfect case scenario that we are playing against one of the best sides in the world, in their backyard and we know they are very difficult to beat. India are the team to beat given we are playing them away from home. They are a very difficult side to beat in India. Given that the World Cup is here, I do think they will enter the World Cup as favourites, so this is going to be a great test for us and a great challenge and throughout the whole tour and not just for T20s.

England skipper Eoin Morgan

Guys who can be 'x factors' with the bat and do things which are the need of the hour in T20 cricket. These guys have done so on a regular basis in the IPL so we have tried to cover all those basis. Now it will be interesting to see how they go about in these five games. These are the only five games we have as a team before the World Cup and we want to see how these guys fare in the middle. I feel the squad right now we have barring Jaddu, who will come back whenever fit, is the most balanced in terms of the options available to take the field as and when required.

India skipper Virat Kohli

Looking for the guys who can bring in X-factor to the team in the batting department, the selection committee has included the likes of Suryakumar Yadav, Ishan Kishan and Rahul Tewatia in the squad. Wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant also makes a comeback in the T20Is.

While the current world no.1 T20I team -- England will be looking to avenge the heavy loss suffered during the Test series, India (ranked no.2 in T20Is), on the other hand will be looking to carry forward the momentum in the shortest format against the world's best T20 team currently.

After an enthralling 4-Test series which India convincingly won 3-1, both teams now shift focus to the shortest format. While Virat Kohli will continue to lead India in the T20Is, there is a change of guard in England camp as white-ball skipper Eoin Morgan will be marshalling the troops.
