That's it! Lunch on Day 3 and what a fight back this has been from skipper Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant. Marco Jansen completes the final over before the break. India lost Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane right at the start of the day but Kohli and Pant have played superbly in this session. Pant also gets to his 8th Test fifty in the last over before the break. Both have already added 72 runs for the fifth wicket and are looking pretty strong after weathering out the early onslaught from the Proteas pacers. A superb inning of grit and discipline especially from Kohli. 73 runs scored but India will be happy that they have only lost a couple of wickets in the session. Kohli and Pant go into the break unbeaten on 28 and 51 respectively. South Africa, on the other hand will be disappointed with their efforts after giving India a couple of early blows in the first two overs of the day.
