Close, close, close! Wiaan Mulder has got one to jag back in and Rizwan seems to be in trouble here. Temba Bavuma has gone with his bowler and taken it upstairs for a review against LBW. Replay indicates two noises but nothing on UltraEdge. Ohhh... umpire's call on hitting on Ball Tracking!
Wiaan Mulder to Mohammad Rizwan, Umpire's call saves Rizwan! On a good length, outside off, Mohammad looked to defend but the ball literally snaked back in a long way. Rizwan was caught napping against the movement and missed his defence by a long margin, getting hit on the pads. Mulder appealed but umpire Kumar Dharmasena was motionless. Mulder straightaway pushed his skipper Bavuma to take the review and Ball Tracking shows the ball clipping the outer half of leg stump, meaning umpire's call will stay! South Africa retain their review but they would be wondering, what will it take for Dharmasena to raise his finger? Seems like Mulder is telling the Sri Lankan the same thing. Meanwhile, a single seems to have been taken because a leg bye has been signalled.

Issue? Yes, for Mohammad Rizwan. There is a secutiry guard sitting right near the sightscreen and his constsnt shuffling is irritating Rizwan. Add to it, the fluoroscent colour of the guard's clothes is making it difficult for Rizwan to concentrate. He tells this to the umpire but also says, 'It is okay now. If he doesn't move, then it is fine. But if he moves, please ask him to sit somewhere else.'
Wiaan Mulder to Mohammad Rizwan, Full and straight, Mohammad Rizwan is solid in defense. Not great to watch, but solid nevertheless.

Wiaan Mulder to Salman Agha, On a good length, around off, Salman Agha defends.
DRINKS BREAK. Excellent hour for South Africa. They have dislodged both the set batters, Masood and Shakeel and conceded just 40 runs in 13 overs since Lunch. The second new ball is clearly talking, much more than the first new ball did yesterday, stopping to move after just 5 overs. The home side knows that it is just a wicket away from the lower order and will be aiming to wrap it up soon now. Pakistan have their backs against the wall again but having come so far, they will not want to throw it away. They are just 69 runs away from making South Africa bat but while that cannot be the only aim, the focus should be to get at least 450 from here. Definitely it won't be enough but to fight so hard and still lose by an innings would be worse. On the other hand, if Agha and Rizwan manage to see off this second new ball, could we see some more fightback from the tourists? 49 overs are left in the day, so Day 5 looks very close to impossible from here on. Wiaan Mulder has been given the ball now, after being in the wilderness for most of this match. 5-0-16-0 so far.

The deficit is now 71.

Interesting scenes around the review. When Bavuma came in to ask his players, Kyle Verreynne, who has already been proved wrong twice today, said he did not know anything about this. One reckons that Bavuma will not look at him for a while now! Marco Jansen was seen warming up in the previous over. Would he be given the ball now? Yes. 16-0-74-2 so far.

Kagiso Rabada to Salman Agha, Ooohh... so near, yet so far! This could have gone either way. On a good length, outside off, this one jagged back in a long way and hit Salman on his pads, as he looked to defend. Rabada appealed for LBW but umpire Kumar Dharmasena did not give it out. Rabada managed to convince Bavuma to take the review. Once the review was taken, Rabada immediately asked Dharmasena as to why didn't he give it out. The reply was height. Just stumbled upon a stat which may not be taken a liking to, by Pakistan or their fans. This is just the second time that Pakistan have crossed the 300-mark in the third innings of a Test in South Africa. However, in the previous 25 instances of a visiting team crossing 300 in the third innings of a Test in this country, only 10 have resulted in victories! England have done it 6 times, while Australia have done it 4 times. Shows how difficult it is to win in South Africa.
