“He will make a fool of you”- Andrew Tate claims Jake Paul has better chance against Anthony Joshua than Gervonta Davis

Andrew Tate has shared a surprising opinion ahead of Jake Paul’s heavyweight fight against Anthony Joshua. The controversial influencer believes Paul has a better chance of beating Joshua than he would have had against Gervonta Davis. Paul is set to fight the former two-time unified heavyweight champion on Friday night in Miami. The bout has drawn huge attention because of the size and experience gap between the two fighters.

Paul was originally linked with a fight against Davis last month. That bout was later cancelled after Davis was once again accused of domestic violence. Since then, Paul’s focus has fully shifted to Joshua. Most boxing fans and experts believe Paul has almost no chance of winning. However, Tate thinks the matchup against Joshua suits Paul more than a fight with the dangerous and skilled Davis.

Speaking about the situation, Tate explained why he feels Davis would have been a much tougher opponent for Jake Paul. When Sun Sports asked if he would fight Joshua himself, Tate said, “That’s a good question. If I was in Jake’s position, I would. In my position, I don’t have to. But I think Jake would’ve struggled a lot more with Davis.”

“Because although AJ is a lot scarier, Davis will make a fool of you. Because you’re just gonna miss the whole time and he’s gonna land the whole time. And if he keeps landing, eventually you’re going to get hurt and you’re going to get knocked out”, he added.

Tate and Paul were once linked to a possible fight. The two shared a viral face-off three years ago, which sparked major online interest. Despite the hype, the fight never happened. Even so, Tate says there is no bad blood between them.

The former kickboxing world champion praised Paul for taking on such a dangerous opponent. He said, “Fair play to him. I have nothing bad to say about the guy. I have met Jake a few times. I know Jake. He is a good guy. He is a nice guy and I wish him the best. I hope he gets out there healthy. Same with AJ. Hope they have a fantastic fight and huge credit and full respect for him taking it, but I think I may have had something to do with that.”

While Paul and Joshua fight in Miami, Tate will also return to action. He is set to face Chase DeMoor at Misfits Mania in Dubai on Saturday night.
