Jake Paul is again calling out some of the biggest names in fighting, and this time he is not holding back. In a recent talk with Complex’s Matt Welty, Paul said he is open to fighting both Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov. He also spoke about UFC champion Ilia Topuria, and his words were clear and bold. Right now, Jake Paul is looking for his next fight after losing to Anthony Joshua last year by TKO. That loss was only the second defeat of his career, so he wants a strong comeback. While doing that, he is still focused on big names from UFC, just like he has done before. In past fights, Paul has beaten Nate Diaz, Anderson Silva, and Tyron Woodley in boxing matches.During the same interview, Paul also spoke about Dana White and said their relationship is still not good. But the bigger talking point was his take on Ilia Topuria, who is one of the most dangerous fighters in UFC today after wins over Alexander Volkanovski, Max Holloway, and Charles Oliveira.

Jake Paul says Ilia Topuria is “too small” and not a real threat in boxing

Jake Paul made it very clear that he does not see Ilia Topuria as a danger in a boxing ring. While speaking to Complex, he said, “It would be the same with Topuria. They have to publicly, when they’re on the live streams, say ‘I’ll do it right now! Let’s do it!’.
Then when it goes to happen, it doesn’t come to fruition.”He added, “We’ll see! I have respect for him. But in a boxing match? That’s honestly a warm up for me. All jokes aside, if we did MMA, he would probably win. But you just have to know the truth that I think these fighters try to boast too much and act like they’re better than they are to the world. But let’s find out the truth; that’s what’s great about the sport.”
Jake Paul did not stop there. He also spoke about Topuria’s size and said, “It would be like playing with a little toy. He’s like 5’5″, can’t even ride a roller coaster. The guy is tiny!” Even with these comments, there is still some respect in his tone. Paul admitted that Topuria could beat him in MMA, but he strongly believes boxing is a different story. Ilia Topuria, who is the current UFC lightweight champion, has built his name with powerful knockouts. His recent wins have made him one of the top fighters in the world. He is also expected to fight Justin Gaethje at UFC Freedom 250 later this summer, which will be another big test for him.Jake Paul had earlier challenged Topuria, and the UFC star seemed open to the idea. But for now, there is no official fight announced between them. At the same time, Paul is still aiming higher. His interest in Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov shows he wants the biggest possible fights. Both names carry huge attention, and a boxing match with either fighter would be massive. For now, nothing is confirmed. But Jake Paul has made one thing clear, he is ready to step into the ring with anyone, and he believes he has the edge, at least in boxing.
