As per ET’s report, Vanessa opened up about her previous affair with the actor, which, according to her, built her character and molded her into a stronger being. The report mentions that she expressed her emotions on Emily Tisch Sussman's She Pivots podcast. She said:


“I feel like so much of my character was built from my breakups. Also, the tenacity I have is from starting in my career at such an early age and dealing with so much rejection that you really have to build a really strong backbone in order to keep doing it when everyone's telling you no."








She further elaborated, "That builds a lot of character. But, yeah, I feel like my last breakup has really catapulted me into a very, very special place, obviously. [It] pushed me to the right person, which I'm so grateful for because he's just the most supportive, real, understanding human being that I've ever met."



According to her, Vanessa Hudgens found the right partner after a couple of romantic relationships. She liked Tucker for his understanding nature and found her biggest supporter in him.

Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler were reportedly spotted together for the first time in 2011. According to People.com, they were getting intimate at Ashley Tisdale’s sister, Jennifer's birthday bash.



Hudgens and Austin had met each other way before this public spotting. An Elle’s report mentioned the Daily Mail’s coverage, which revealed that they met for the first time in 2005 on the sets of High School Musical. She was dating her co-star Zac Efron back then.
