The New York Knicks hosted the Detroit Pistons for Game 2 of the NBA 2025 Playoffs series. Though the matchup didn’t go in favor of the hosts, they had an enviable lineup of rooters, which included stars from Hollywood, Music, and the sports fraternity. Olympian Suni Lee joined the starry courtside, rooting for her regular favorites, the Knicks. Several fans took potshots at OG Anunoby, whose performance, they believe, takes a different trajectory when Suni Lee is in attendance.

The Detroit Pistons—New York Knicks Game 2 had an electrifying atmosphere, with several celebrities gracing the courtside, rooting for the Knicks. Madison Square Garden, known for its hip vibe, didn’t disappoint the NBA fans this time either. The audience watched the matchup with stars like Ben Stiller, Jonas Brothers, Timothee, 50 Cent, and Fat Joe, etc. who stepped out to support the New York team, hoping the team would repeat their Game 1 performance.







In addition to the biggies from the entertainment world, the basketball legends like Marcus Camby, Allan Houston, Walt Clyde Frazier, Trevor Ariza, Stephon Marbury, John Starks, Latrell Sprewell, Bernard King, Patrick Ewing, and Carmelo Anthony showed up at the courtside, enjoying the Pistons-Knicks Game 2.









All these stars stole the limelight at Game 2, making the atmosphere visibly electrifying for everyone. The game, however, didn’t go in the Knicks’ favor. With this win, the Pistons broke their longest losing streak in the NBA postseason games.

Olympian Suni Lee was spotted third time attending a New York Knicks game; fans reacted humorously

From the sports fraternity, the one celebrity who stood out the most was Olympic medalist for the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics, Suni Lee. It was her third outing at a New York Knicks game. The first Knicks game she attended was in December, 2024 when the Knicks played against the Orlando Magic.










Fans couldn’t keep calm with Suni Lee in attendance. They joked that OG Anunoby’s game would improve as she was a spectator. When she was captured waving to the crowd and the camera, the moment drew interesting fan reactions, mostly around OG Anunoby’s game. A few other fans commented on her beauty and called the sloppy umpire decisions.


“OG ANUNOBY GONNA BE WILDIN AGAIN,” wrote one amused fan.








“Didn’t work this time around,” commented another user, referring to the Knicks’ defeat in the game.



“Og going to put up jokic numbers,” another fan joked about Suni Lee's impact on OG Anunoby’s performance.

The Detroit Pistons and New York Knicks will meet again for Games 3 and 4, but the venue will be shifted to Detroit.
