Young woman's alleged text to Shannon Sharpe paints a dark picture of their relationship

Shannon Sharpe, the NFL legend, has already been fired by ESPN, got involved in a scandalous lawsuit and had to pay $20 million to an model to get out of the mess. While the NFL legend has gone through a lot this year, it seems the relationship that he shared with the 20 year model was pretty complicated, as some of their texts reveal.

A few months ago, when Shannon Sharpe was accused of sexual assault by the model which prompted him to release some of their texts to show their relationship was “consensual”.



In turn, the model also released some of their texts, which painted a dark picture of their relationship.

One of the texts sent by the 20 year old model to Shannon Sharpe read as, “But I cried when u left because I begged you to put a condom on and not put it in my ass and u didn’t listen.”

Despite all the claims of sexual assault, Shannon Sharpe continues to maintain that he and the young were in a “role playing relationship” that was “consensual” from both sides.

Shannon Sharpe was sued for $50 million and the lawsuit also stated many accounts of the NFL legend threatening the young woman.

According to the court documents accessed by NBC Sports, the $50 million lawsuit filed by the 20 year old model alleged, “Sharpe flew into fits of anger when Plaintiff noted his infidelity to their relationship, or called him out about his extraneous activities…”

The lawsuit added, “Sharpe even figured out how to get into Doe’s apartment complex without her permission.”

All such claims have been strongly denied by Shannon Sharpe and his legal team.

Despite constantly denying any claims of sexual assault, Shannon Sharpe did reach a settlement with the model and ended up paying her a whopping $20 million.

A few days after receiving $20 million, the young woman ended up retiring from as Shannon Sharpe got fired by ESPN, even though many fans have called the NFL legend's dismissal from the network as "unfair".
