His dedication is unmatched. Pete trains solo—at 1 a.m., no music, no distractions. “I’m a disciplined person. I train at one o’clock in the morning. I’m by myself. I have zero distractions,” he revealed. “It’s the same for me. I really enjoy that time in the gym, and I don’t want to share it with anyone or music. It’s just me.”

A brief video of him lifting weights, shared in the newsletter, left fans stunned at his ripped appearance, with some joking that he could easily line up on the Bills’ defense.
