New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. gets engaged to girlfriend Zoe Rollon, photos from romantic beachside proposal go viral

For Tyrone Tracy Jr., this part of the NFL offseason has nothing to do with playbooks or training camps. With the New York Giants’ season behind him, the focus shifted to something far more personal. The running back marked a major life moment this week by asking his longtime girlfriend, Zoe Rollon, to marry him. The news was shared Tuesday through a joint Instagram post that instantly drew attention from fans. Instead of a flashy announcement, the couple let the photos do most of the talking. The images captured a quiet, carefully planned beachside proposal that reflected how long the moment had been in the making.

Tracy Jr. proposed at the beach, setting up a path lined with flowers that led to a large red heart made entirely of roses. He went down on one knee beside the heart as Rollon walked toward him. The couple wore matching white outfits, keeping the moment simple and focused on the occasion itself.
Along with the photos, Tracy Jr. shared a message that showed how meaningful the moment was to him. His caption centered on faith, commitment, and gratitude for their relationship. “Ever since You walked in my life God has had favor over me���� My Forever in this life and the next ❤️Genesis 2:24 “A man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh," he wrote.
Rollon did not write a caption of her own on the engagement post. Instead, she shared the images with Gunna’s song “Forever Be Mine” playing in the background. One of the later photos showed off her diamond engagement ring, which quickly became a focal point for fans scrolling through the post. The following day, Rollon shared a selfie with Tracy Jr. on her Instagram story, once again showing off the ring. In that photo, she wore a black top while Tracy Jr. kept things casual in a white T-shirt. The moment felt relaxed and natural, a contrast to the more formal proposal photos.
The engagement comes after more than two years together. Tracy Jr. has been open about how important Rollon is in his life. Last September, he celebrated their second anniversary with a heartfelt post reflecting on their relationship. “Today is the Day God has made for us to rejoice! 9-4-23 was the day i made the best decision of my life ����Happy Anniversary My love! God took his time creating you! Continue to shine the light God gave you! I love you to life!! In this one and the Next," he wrote at the time.
On the football side, Tracy Jr. is currently enjoying some time off after a difficult season for the Giants. New York finished last in the NFC East with four wins and missed the playoffs, ending the year against the Dallas Cowboys. For now, football takes a back seat. This offseason is about something bigger. Tracy Jr. and Rollon are stepping into a new chapter together, one that begins far from the field but clearly means everything to them.
