When Julian Love lines up on Sundays, fans see the Pro Bowl safety, the contract extension, and the steady presence in Seattle’s secondary. What they don’t always see is the person who has been part of his life long before the NFL ever entered the picture. That person is his wife, Julia Love. Julian and Julia’s story started long before stadium lights and packed schedules. They met as teenagers at Nazareth Academy in La Grange Park, Illinois. Julia was a year older, and Julian was just 16 when he first asked her to the homecoming dance. Years later, he still looked back on that moment with gratitude, writing, “I’m so thankful that I decided to ask you to the homecoming dance.”

College kept them close in a way that felt almost meant to be. Julia attended Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana, while Julian played football at Notre Dame. The campuses were separated by little more than a road, something Julian once described simply by saying, as per News Tribune, “I could throw a football to it. It’s right across one road.”
As Julian’s football career took off, Julia stayed by his side. He has often spoken about how important that consistency has been to him, once saying, “We’ll be together for 10 years now. She’s my person. Some people in the building know her, have heard of her.” That support followed him through every transition, including his move from the New York Giants to the Seattle Seahawks. When that change happened, Julia marked it emotionally, posting on Instagram, “How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard. Leaving a little piece of my heart in NY with our Giants family & taking the rest to Seattle for our next adventure.”
The couple married on June 25, 2022. Looking back on their first anniversary, Julia described their wedding day as “a little piece of heaven on earth,” reflecting how meaningful that moment was for them both. Julia has built her own path alongside Julian’s career. A 2019 graduate of Saint Mary’s College, she founded Natural Baller, a skincare brand focused on clean and organic products. Her work reflects her interest in wellness and entrepreneurship, separate from football.In December 2023, their lives changed again when they welcomed their son, Noah. Julian missed a week of practice to be present for the birth, then traveled just hours before a game and still played every defensive snap. Afterward, he explained the moment by saying, “It was weird for sure in some sense. I kind of just dialed into the instincts I have playing the game.”
Six months into motherhood, Julia shared how deeply that role had changed her, writing, “6 months of Noah & I’ve never felt a joy so pure or a love so deep”. When Julian earned his first Pro Bowl selection, he made sure to credit his wife, saying, “She’s one of the smartest people I know. Now, she’s a wonderful mother.” Julia and Julian are now expecting their second child. They announced the pregnancy in November 2025.
Through football moves, business ventures, and parenthood, Julian and Julia Love have grown together, steady and grounded in a league that rarely allows for either.
