WWE Hall of Famer Watches 15 Hours Of Wrestling Each Week

Mark Henry, known as the world’s strongest man, is also one of the biggest fans of professional wrestling. During an appearance on the Huge Pop podcast, Henry revealed that his passion for wrestling goes beyond his role in the industry, as he dedicates over 15 hours a week to watching various wrestling programs as they air.

"I try to watch it when it happens because I want to get the same feel that the people at the arena would get," Henry shared, emphasizing his desire to experience the excitement in real time.

Henry, a lifelong wrestling fan, tunes into WWE’s Raw, NXT, and SmackDown, along with AEW’s Dynamite and Collision. He even manages to catch TNA’s late-night show on Thursdays and makes room in his schedule for New Japan Pro Wrestling. His devotion to the sport is evident, and he doesn't just limit himself to one promotion. Instead, he explores different wrestling styles and storylines from across the globe.

In addition to his personal viewing habits, Henry contributes to the wrestling world through his work on Busted Open Radio. Every Saturday morning, he co-hosts the show, discussing the latest news and trends in wrestling. Between watching live shows and his radio commitments, Henry estimates that he spends more than 15 hours a week immersed in wrestling. And that doesn't include breaks for snacks and bathroom trips.

Despite his love for watching wrestling, there’s one aspect of the experience Henry isn’t fond of — commercials. "The only thing that I don’t enjoy is the commercials," he admitted. "I’m not patient enough to wait until the show is over and fast forward through them."
Interestingly, Henry didn’t mention watching AEW Rampage on Friday nights, where he once served as a commentator. Given the show's declining ratings, it seems he’s not the only fan choosing to skip it after SmackDown airs. Nonetheless, Henry’s enthusiasm for pro wrestling remains unwavering, making him not just a legend in the ring but also one of the sport’s most dedicated followers.
