PlayStation Plus June 2026 free games: Grounded leads the multiplayer lineup alongside Darktide and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2

Sony has revealed the three free games PlayStation Plus members can claim in June, and there's a notable name at the top of the list. Grounded Fully Yoked Edition—the survival game from Xbox-owned Obsidian Entertainment—is coming to PS4 and PS5, available to claim from June 2. It joins Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 (PS4/PS5) and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide (PS5).

Grounded is the headline act here. The game, which casts up to four players as teenagers shrunk to ant-size and stranded in a suburban backyard, is a genuinely good co-op survival title that left early access back in fall 2022. It made the jump to PlayStation and Nintendo Switch in April 2024, part of Microsoft's broader push to bring its first-party games to rival platforms—a strategy that the Xbox division's current leadership is reportedly walking back.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide rounds out a co-op-heavy month

The other two games lean hard into multiplayer as well. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is a four-player co-op shooter from the team behind Vermintide 2, blending that game's melee combat with WH40K-flavored gunplay across the besieged city of Tertium. Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, meanwhile, is a platform fighter stuffed with cartoon characters—SpongeBob, the Ninja Turtles, Squidward—and includes a roguelike solo campaign if you'd rather not brawl online.

EA Sports FC 26 sticks around a little longer than usual

May's EA Sports FC 26 also remains claimable through June 16—two weeks past the usual cutover. That extension lines up conveniently with a June 4 update adding a 48-team international tournament mode, timed to coincide with a major real-world football tournament this summer.

All three June games go live on June 2. May holdovers Nine Sols and Wuchang: Fallen Feathers can still be claimed until that date.
