Argent Fine Dining

Theatrical cuisine deep within the Opera House
Argent is a more upscale alternative to Brasserie Sanguine, the Opera House's other restaurant, so it may seem odd that it's tucked away in an unassuming corner. But don't be discouraged by the location - the food is inspired. A monthly changing menu offers avant-garde interpretations of European classics; carpaccio of salmon with cucumber gel and coconut crunch is a typical example.
