Like every other European nation the Norwegians have taken the kebab to their hearts, and the Bislett Kebab House is reputed to serve Oslo's best. Their famous "Norwegian kebabs" are composed of grilled spiced lamb, served in either a pita or flatbread, with fresh salad and plenty of dressing. It's hugely popular, especially in the early hours when the post-club crowd descends, so expect to queue. A good selection of pizzas and burgers is also available.
