When and where it will look the best

According to a statement revealed by NASA, the Super Blue Blood Moon will be visible before sunrise in North America, Alaska and Hawaii, while those in the Middle East, Asia, including India, eastern Russia, Australia and New Zealand will be able to witness the rare phenomenon during moonrise in the morning.
Those who will be lucky enough to be able to witness the entire event are those living in Siberia, Australia, New Zealand and northwestern US and Canada. Also, a large section of Africa, along with South America and Europe will not be able to witness the event.
The Indian scenario

As we have reported earlier, the state of Kerala is making special arrangements for ensuring that the state’s residents have the best views of the lunar event.
Talking about the rest of India, the first ones to witness the event will be those from the north-eastern part of the country, where it will be visible between 4:21 pm and 5:18 pm. In other parts of the country, viewers would be able to witness the event between 5:18 pm and 6:21 pm. Those in Rajasthan and the western states of the country will be able to view the event between 6:21 pm and 7:37 pm.
