Those visiting the Giant’s Causeway from Belfast almost always combine a visit to the world-famous Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge. A leisurely, and breathtaking stroll along the coast from the car park takes us to the edge of the mainland, from where one has to walk across on a shaky rope bridge to the tiny island of Carrickarede.
