The Panchayat Samiti Amb is responsible for the operations of the fair. Chairman of Panchayat Samiti Amb, Satish Sharma told the press that due arrangements have been made for the safety of pilgrims in the fair area. Deputy Commissioner Sandeep Kumar along with officials inspected the fair area on Tuesday.
The organisers have been directed by the DC to look after cleanliness, construction of toilets, and supplying water to the pilgrims along the roads.
This fair will be held from March 3 to March 12. It is expected that people from different parts of India will visit the fair. The followers of Dera Baba Vadbhag Singh believe that if anyone takes a holy bath in Dhauli Dhar in the month of Holi and Diwali, and visits the Gurudwara, their wishes will be fulfilled by the grace of Guru.
