Promoting itself as a restaurant for ‘fast slow food’, MANA! Dishes up raw, organic and vegetarian fare that is both healthy, and delicious. The poster child for all things eco-friendly, the restaurant exemplifies its beliefs in more ways than one—they use paper straws and biodegradable coffee cups, the interior is decorated with reclaimed furniture, and the toilets are water-saving. Walk through their doors, and you’ll instantly feel comforted—the interiors are done up in earthy tones punctuated with a generous amount of greenery, high eating counters stretch along one wall, the open kitchen looks busy and smells wonderful, and there’s a garden towards the back with a huge wooden table occupying centrestage to encourage communal dining. The menu accommodates a variety of gluten-free flatbreads, wraps, burgers, soups, salads and even desserts, and the flats (the Halloumi in particular) are extremely popular amongst their regulars.
