Located along the seafront in Stanley Bay, The Boathouse takes design inspiration from the coastal architecture of the East Coast, and transports you to a villa all the way in Cape Cod. Bathed in tones of blue, the restaurant occupies three levels, and offers an eclectic range of dining spaces—curbside tables out front, air conditioned spaces within, terrace dining on different levels, and a rooftop garden right at the helm. The menu, predictably, is all about fresh fare from the sea. Regulars to the restaurant swear by their black mussels bathed in garlic and white wine sauce, the prawn jumbalaya, and the chilled seafood platter which is an ensemble of shrimp, crab legs, mussels, crayfish, scallops and salmon. Go in a large group to do justice to the portions, and pick a space that suits the occasion.
