Husi Bierhaus

The Husi Bierhaus in Interlaken is an outright beer paradise given how the establishment has around hundred craft beer variants from practically every corner of the world. There is Germany, Belgium, Scandinavia, Britain and Ireland and then there are the distant lands of the United States and Canada. In terms of food, you just cannot go without sampling their schnitzel, bratwurst, hand-cut chips and homemade beef burgers. The food will remind you of home, both in terms of the portions and the taste. The interiors of Husi Bierhaus are all wooden, with a massive brew kettle in the centre and are sometimes reminiscent of Swiss chalets. If you find them a little too compact and noisy, you could grab one of the tables outside to relish the views of the atmospheric Postgasse street.
A stylish address that in no way compromises on the quality of food and beverages, Husi is quite pocket-friendly unlike popular perception. The staff is excellent and the overall ambience is very lively. This place tends to get very crowded towards the evening and making a reservation in advance is therefore wise. Unwind with a tower of golden ale and keep munching on its calorie-laden goodies. Life is wonderful!
