Located on Beach No 5, aka Vijay Nagar Beach, Full Moon Café is a thatched roof eatery in Havelock. The restaurant is owned by an Irish Indian couple who are warm and friendly. This ‘tropical island’ delight is right next to the beach and is a paradise for backpackers. Located on Beach No 5, aka Vijay Nagar Beach, Full Moon Café is a thatched roof eatery in Havelock. The restaurant is owned by an Irish Indian couple who are warm and friendly. This ‘tropical island’ delight is right next to the beach and is a paradise for backpackers. It is well known for its extensive menu, which includes Indian, Mexican, Italian and other Western style dishes. Tourists also swear by its range of desserts and salad which are prepared hygienically. Fish cooked in banana leaf is one of the most popular dishes served here along with other finger licking seafood variety in Indian as well as Western styles. This is one of the few restaurants that serve seafood in diverse styles, including tuna carpaccio and ceviche!
