Traditional bakery with a modern outlook
Word to the wise: If you fancy recreating the authentic Ă…pent taste at home, book in for a baking course.
This old fashioned bakery, tucked away behind the Royal Palace, employs traditional hands-on methods to produce some of the best bread in the city.
Ă…pent's expert bakers work day and night to create an abundance of artisan loaves, rolls, sandwiches and pastries. Most of which are eaten off the premises, but there are a few spaces at the back of the shop for eating in - and the outdoor tables are a great spot for casual summer lunches.
