If there is one food truck in Edmonton that is the most eye-catching, this is definitely the one. Painted bright red with huge lettering and a crazy character depicting Attila the Hun, it’s certainly in your face. Chef and owner, Levi Biddlecombe is the brains behind this operation, with over four years experience in fine dining restaurants. His passion and love for Asian ingredients is evident in every dish that is served from this window. Biddlecombe has done an amazing job creating North American dishes that are infused with Asian flavors. Take for example the Duck Tots he makes, crispy tater tots that are topped with duck legs, onions, sriracha and peanuts. Or the Peacemaker burger, a home-made burger that is topped with peanut butter, strawberry sriracha jam, and crushed peanuts, all served up on a brioche bun. This food truck can be found all over the city, constantly on the move and you can find out the location on their Facebook and or Twitter page.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
