It is one of the lesser known food trucks in Edmonton but that doesn’t mean it’s not that great. The sandwiches served here are by far some of the tastiest in the whole province. Also, a great thing about this food truck is that everything is home-made here. The truck is run by Chef Alexei Boldereff and has been in operation for the past few years. Boldereff ensures that everything you taste is made by him, from the buns to sandwiches; they are served on to the maple bacon mayo or the green curry mayo that can be added as a condiment. Some of the most popular sandwiches include the Root Beer Braised Beef Brisket, Maple Bacon BLT and Smoked Chicken Club. It’s not just sandwiches that are served here; make sure to try one of the amazing soups that is available. And if you aren’t full from eating all of that, make sure to grab one of the delicious chocolate brownies available for dessert. Make sure to say ‘hi’ to Lex and Moe who are constantly cooking and busy serving those delicious meals.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
