This unusual destination—a gorgeous 1950s Thai-style villa, between Sukhumvit Soi 39 and Soi 49—is divided into three distinct sections: Spring Dining Room, a restaurant serving fresh seafood dishes with Thai, Chinese, and Japanese influences; Summer Chocolate House, an indoor lounge serving cocoa-inspired desserts; and the Winter Bar/Lawn, an outdoor lounge with overstuffed pillows and couches, for light dining and cocktails. Innovative dishes for all seasons
Popular plate: Wok-fried giant scallops are served with savoury homemade XO sauce in the Spring Dining Room.
As you would imagine given the name, menus alter depending on the seasonal availability of produce, but year-round dishes such as Dtom Yam river prawn in coconut soup and avocado-crab-ebiko salad give a hint at the restaurant's gastronomic leanings.
