A relatively new addition to Barcelona’s club scene, Marula Café follows in the footsteps of its Madrileño namesake by offering funk, soul and latin grooves to more mature clubbers bored with techno beats. It’s a slick space – think lots of backlit glass – but upbeat and friendly, and its old-town location means that there’s a good balance of locals and visitors.
