Plah combines authentic Thai recipes with modern European cooking techniques - braised breast of veal and crispy sweetbreads in a classic red curry is a characteristic example. The carefully-crafted wine list includes some superb floral wines – Rieslings are Plah's speciality – to complement the intense flavors.
The restaurant is sophisticated without being formal and the service is friendly. If you want something a little lighter, head to the bar where an array of Thai street food – small dishes for sharing – is served.
