At this unique restaurant, guests are treated to a four-course meal but in complete darkness. Its dining experience lays emphasis on savouring the food only through the senses of touch, taste and smell, but it’s not only about having a culinary adventure. The eatery is led by a largely visually-impaired staff, which serves and guides diners at every step. The initiative is part of an international project on sensitising people towards the visually-impaired and the differently-abled.
