Being a caricaturist is an extremely difficult task as you are expected to magnify every flaw and downplay every striking feature on the face of your subject for a comical effect. And if in case your subject does not have a sense of humour, you might just not be getting any money. Right in the middle of Charles Bridge in Prague, you can spot one such artist engrossed with his paintbrush, a canvas and an excited client eagerly waiting to see a funny version of their visage. Beside his workstation is a gallery of sorts replete with sketches of a wide nosed Barack Obama, a painfully pouty Angelina Jolie, a distorted Harry Potter and the beaming Duke and Duchess of Cambridge among other grotesque-looking celebrities. You could take them home for some five hundred Czech Korunas each or be confident enough to become his muse and get yourself drawn by him. The result will definitely have you in splits and will be one of your most cherished souvenirs from Prague.
