Karan Kundra to turn 'tiger' in 'Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum'

Ekta Kapoor's, 'Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum' starring Karan Kundra and Saanvi Talwar in the lead was launched with much pomp and fanfare. However, the show generate numbers and grab eyeballs. In an attempt to spike up the rating, the makers of the show are reportedly planning to introduce a new story line which is inspired from Rahul Roy and Pooja Bhatt's film, Junoon. According to media reports, the new track will witness that Rahul (Karan Kundra) and Manvi (Saanvi Talwar) will leave for their honeymoon. On their honeymoon it will be revealed that Rahul is actually a shape shifting tiger. This was caused because of a curse given to Rahul's family. Rahul was cursed that he will turn into a tiger on particular days of the year.

It will be interesting to see, whether Ekta Kapoor will be able to create a new success story with 'Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum'.

A sequence in an upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has apparently drawn inspiration from Karan Johar's Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. In the latest episode, it was seen that Naksh leaves for India for a surprise visit to his extended family in Udaipur. In the upcoming episode, as soon as Naksh lands outside the Singhania house, his grandmother gets a feeling that her grandson has arrived. The scene will instantly remind the viewers of a sequence from K3G, when SRK arrives home and Jaya Bachchan's sixth sense prompts her that her son has returned.

While this is just one of the many instances when TV shows have been inspired from Bollywood films, read on to know how Kuch Kuch Hota Hai inspired Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar.

Itna Na Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar: Kuch Kuch Hota Hai is one of the cult romantic movies of all time! The rain sequence between Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol has been etched in audience's memory as one of the best scenes ever. Now, television's new couple Ronit Roy and Pallavi Kulkarni who play Neil and Ragini in Sony Entertainment Television's Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyar have recreated the same magic on the small screen as they dance to the tune 'Suraj hua madham.'

Kya Hua Teraa Waada: Ekta Kapoor's show based on marriage, Kyaa Hua Teraa Waada, seemed to have been inspired by a Bollywood blockbuster, Biwi No. 1. Pawan Shankar who played the lead role of Pradeep, a loving husband and a caring father who falls for his boss. The same happened in Biwi No 1, where Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor seemed to be a happily married couple with kids, before Sushmita Sen created havoc in their life.

Main Lakshmi Tere Angan Ki: Life OK's show, Main Lakshmi Tere Angan Ki starring Sudip Sahir and Shraddha Arya once brought in a track from the movie Judaai, where the female lead gives away her husband for some monetary gain. However, when that didn't click with the audience, the show introduced a track inspired by another Bollywood movie, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke: The lead pair from Zee TV's Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke danced on the song 'Jiya jiya re...' from Jab Tak Hai Jaan, originally picturised on Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. Rachna (Mahima Makwana) and Kabir (Piyush Sahdev) pulled off the characters very well and the chemistry between them was worth watching. Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke started off with the intention of paying a tribute to Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge but ended up adding the peppy number from Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

Qubool Hai: Nothing defines romance as much as the mere mention of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge does. The Yash Raj banner film starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol recently completed 1000 weeks making it the longest running movie till date. The lovely couple Rahat (Deepak Wadhwa) and Haya (Surbhi Chandna) from Zee TV’s popular show Qubool Hai recently recreated a scene from the iconic movie. It so happened that Rahat played guitar for Haya in SRK style and then welcomed her with open arms.
