‘Gaatchora’ to ‘Mithai’: Top five Bengali shows at a glance

Engaging the TV viewers week after week and fighting for a place in the top five list of TRP charts aren’t easy. Sustaining viewership is yet another tedious job. It’s ‘Gaatchora’ vs ‘Mithai’ again. These two popular shows are giving each other a stiff competition yet again. But protagonist Khori and her sweet and sour chemistry with Riddhiman managed to steal the show. The daily soap starring Solanki Roy and Gourab Chatterjee in the lead roles has topped the TRP charts. The Sean Banerjee-Srijla Guha starrer couldn’t manage a spot in the top 5 club. However, it has climbed up the ladder compared to last week. ‘Mon Phagun’, which was in seventh spot last week, has secured sixth spot on TRP charts. ‘Lokkhi Kakima’ shares the position with the show. Although ‘Anuraager Chhowa’ and ‘Aay Tobe Sohochori’ couldn’t secure a position in top five, it scored decently and managed a spot in the list of top 10 shows. (Photo: Facebook)
