We’ve come more than halfway through the first month of 2022. While the world tries to cope with the third wave of COVID-19, the TV industry is walking the same pathway too. After making fans groove to the infamous ‘Sadda Kutta Tommy’, digital creator Yashraj Mukhate has once again joined hands with Shehnaaz Gill for his latest rap. This time he has created an amusing song based on another of her dialogues from Bigg Boss 13. The latest music video shared by Yashraj sees Shehnaaz saying, “Such a boring day, such a boring people. Koi baat nahi karta merese. Pyar nahi karta koi merese.” Surprisingly, this time Shehnaaz accompanied Yashraj in the video. She can be seen acting around and dancing to his new rap based on her. Fans are loving “It’s a boring day” exactly like they loved ‘Sadda Kutta’. After the video was out, they made Shehnaaz and ‘It’s a boring day’ trend on Twitter too.

Shailesh Lodha, who essays the role of Taarak in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah got trolled for appearing on The Kapil Sharma Show after slamming it for it’s gross comedy. An old video wherein Shailesh had called out the show for the kind of content they show in name of comedy did rounds on social media, after promos of the upcoming episode of TKSS were out. The actor was pulled up by netizens for his ‘hypocrisy’ and was even called ‘dogla’.

Umar Riaz whose eviction from Bigg Boss 15 was called ‘unfair’ recently joined ETimes TV for an exclusive interview. As he talked about his journey, equations inside the house and more, the former BB contestant revealed that he was badly affected by the comments made on his profession on the show. A doctor by profession and a model by interest, Umar spoke about how demeaning it felt to hear people talk negatively about his profession. Talking about how it affected him, Umar shared, “I was told that you won’t be able to go and work outside. I would always question myself why I am being told this. I’d actually started thinking inside that I’ve gone very wrong in the show and I’ll have to shift my base to Jammu or Dubai and I won’t be allowed to practice as a doctor in Mumbai. I was actually thinking all this when I came out but when I saw the reaction of the audience and the response, it was totally different. It affected me a lot mentally. These comments made me actually believe that I am aggressive and violent and now my profession as a doctor will be affected and the 10 years of my hard work will go into a drain.”

No it’s not the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Mohsin Khan, but Mere Sai actor who shares the same name. Recently, he received messages on his Instagram handle by the former’s fans to change his name and deactivate his social media account. After being threatened, Mohsin registered a complaint in cyber crime cell in his hometown Lucknow. Speaking about the situation he got into because of his name in an interview with BT, Mohsin shared, “I am going through unnecessary stress because of my name. I hope that people understand that we are two different individuals. I am an actor and passionate about my craft and I only want to focus on my work.”

Comedienne Bharti Singh has created history by becoming India’s first pregnant anchor. The actress-comedian who has begun shooting for the reality show Hunabaaz expressed her joy of becoming the first pregnant host of the country. In a video shared by the channel that will air Hunarbaaz, Bharti expressed her desire to change every mother’s thinking. While expressing her feelings about the same, Bharti said, “Main mummy tumhari aur India ki jitni bhi mummiyan hain, sabki soch badlungi. Main banungi India ki first pregnant anchor.” Earlier in an interview with BT, Bharti had shared that she wants to work till the ninth month of her pregnancy.

During the family week on Bigg Boss 15, Karan Kundrra’s parents made their son smile his heart out after they complimented his girlfriend Tejasswi Prakash. His father called Tejasswi ‘heart of the family’ while interacting with Karan on a video call. Later they expressed their views on the same in an exclusive interview with ETimes TV. Talking about Karan-Tejasswi, his father S.P Kundrra said, “Whatever we hear, we see on the show we trust and believe it. Most of the decisions are pending when we meet each other we will see. Karan and Tejasswi have to come out and we have to first meet each other. There are certain things that need improvement. Our intentions will be to help them stay together. There are certain things that they need to sort out. We are waiting for the time when they come out, we want to meet and see them and share our views with them.”

In an unfortunate turn of events, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi fame actor Shaheer Sheikh’s father passed away. His father was admitted to the hospital and was in a critical state owing to some COVID-19 complications. Few days back Shaheer informed fans about the same and asked them to keep his father in their prayer. The very next day, Aly Goni informed about the demise of his father. Shaheer’s fans and friends from the industry paid their last respects and sent condolences for him and the family. Hina Khan also wrote a long note lending support to him.

Tejasswi Prakash is currently seen romancing Karan Kundrra in Bigg Boss 15. There has been a lot of talk about the actress having a boyfriend outside. Amidst all being said and heard, ETimes TV broke it to the world about who the secret boyfriend of Tejasswi Prakash is. Krrish Khedekar, who is an aspiring actor is her boyfriend. His real name is Vinneet Khedekar but he goes by Krrish. A video on both his and Tejasswi’s Instagram shows both of them dancing together and enjoying time together with family. However, when Krrish was contacted and asked about the same, he stated, “People assume. But that's not true. We are just friends.”

Another feather has been added to Kapil Sharma’s cap now. A producer recently announced the coming up of his biopic, title ‘Funkaar’. The shooting of the film will start soon. It will be directed by Fukrey director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and produced by Mahaveer Jain under the banner Lyca Productions. In an interview with PTI, Lamba shared, “Looking forward to bringing to the audience the story of India's most beloved Funkaar. Kapil Sharma.” More details about Kapil’s biopic are awaited. Meanwhile, the comedian is set to make his digital debut soon.

Yeh Hai Mohbbatein fame Shireen Mirza recently shared a video with Vicky Kaushal which went viral on social media. The video dates back to their acting school days. It has Shireen and Vicky pulling out a funny act in the acting school. Later talking about the viral video in an interview with BT, Shireen said, “I didn’t know it would go viral like this. I was recently doing a question-answer online and that is when I posted a glimpse from our skit. This video is old, when we were around 19. It was at an acting school. That is where I met Vicky and we became friends. Since the two of us were the tallest in our class, our teachers used to pair us together. In almost all our assignments we were together because our heights matched. We studied there for a year.”

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra is all set to make her TV debut with Hunarbaaz. The actress will be seen judging the show alongside Karan Johar and Mithun Chakraborty. Krushna called mama Govinda as the ‘Bade Miyaan’ of his life and said, “Maine jo kuch bhi seekha hai unhi se seekha hai. Woh alag baat hai woh mereko chote miyan nahi maante hai. Mahabharat actor Nitish Bharadwaj has separated from his wife Smita Gate after 12 years of marriage. The actor recently opened up about his divorce in an exclusive interview with BT. “Yes, I filed for a divorce in the Family Court in Mumbai in September 2019. I do not want to get into the reasons why we separated. The matter is in court right now. All I can say is that sometimes divorce can be more painful than death as you live with an amputated core,” shared Nitish.
