I had to wear a Kanjeevaram silk sari. His mom told me about it, and we went and selected the one she suggested from a proper South Indian saree showroom in Bhiwandi. We did all our shopping from there. We decided that we would wear contrasting outfits during the day, but for the evening, we matched our outfits as per the ritual.”She then revealed why Rupali couldn’t attend the event and said, “Rupali (Ganguly) was in the Maldives, but we did speak over a voice call, and she gave me all her blessings and good wishes. Our producer, Rajan Shahi sir, also sent me a lovely message as he couldn’t attend, saying that his blessings are always with Vignesh and me.”
