It was also revealed that Barkha Bisht will be recreating Smriti Irani’s character Tulsi's iconic Shanti Niketan introduction scene as well. Ever since the news was announced, fans of the show had expressed their disdain over the matter.
In a social media post, the actress finally addressed the criticism and debate online and talked about how Smriti Irani is an inspiration for all. She also mentioned in the post that she does not care for the trolls, as she is getting to recreate one of the most iconic scenes in TV history.
She reshared a post about the time leap on her stories, and further added a caption to it which read, “Despite the trolling… I’m living an iconic moment in the history of tv. Let me just enjoy it for now… @smritiiraniofficial u continue to inspire…”
