Bigg Boss 15: Rakhi Sawant’s husband Ritesh calls her the most honest person; here’s how they met over Whatsapp, fell in love and why they stayed apart

Rakhi Sawant and husband Ritesh have created a storm ever since they stepped foot inside the Bigg Boss 15 house. While all this time Rakhi’s husband stayed away from the limelight and was only considered to be a mysterious person, they dropped major bombs while talking about their love story. Here’s all you need to know how the two got married, why Ritesh didn’t come in public and more:

While talking to the housemates, Ritesh begins talking about how they met. Ritesh begins saying that he was organising an event, when his PA gave him Rakhi’s number. He didn’t call her then. He said, “Some things were not going well in my life and I was depressed. I wanted to speak to someone who is not from my profession or known. I sent ‘Hi’ to her and she blocked me.”

Ritesh said that a few days later, he pinged her from another number and then she responded. Rakhi adds, “That time I was depressed. I had a boyfriend and in 15 days I got to know he is a don. My mother said not to speak to him but he was after me. He was a loan shark and I was scared from my life. He threatened to kidnap me. So I was seeking help from him as he told me he is a big fan and had seen my interviews wearing deep necks.” Ritesh then adds that they started talking and Rakhi wanted to get married.

Ritesh reveals that he also sent his friend’s proposal for Rakhi and had threatened him to decline it. He said, “I told him not to accept it, otherwise he will lose his job.” Ritesh then finally told about his own prospect. Rakhi says that Ritesh had shared his account and bank details and everything. She added, “I don’t want anything. Let’s do it.”

Rakhi was previously telling housemates that it has been two years of marriage but Ritesh got stuck abroad due to lockdown and she came inside Bigg Boss 14 house.

The housemates tease Rakhi and Ritesh about having their suhaag raat in the house. Rakhi got excited to see the beds and said, “Ab hum bhi jodi soyenge.” She says, “Honey, we need some privacy.” Rakhi says, ‘Aaj hamara suhag raat hoga’. When Nishant decorates their bed, Rakhi complains to Ritesh, “Why didn’t we have this during our wedding? Aisa hona chahiye tha.”

At night, Rakhi jokes about wearing makeup and tells Ritesh not to get scared. To this Ritesh replies, “I don’t care about your make up, I am in love with your seerat not surat.”

In the Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman Khan had asked Rakhi if Ritesh is her husband for real or if she hired him. Ritesh tells Salman Khan that he is a software professional and is originally from Bihar but lives in Belgium currently. He shares that he was afraid to accept their wedding.

Ritesh tells, “Through this medium, in front of everyone and public I would like to say that Rakhi has never lied. Whatever she has said, it is true. It was my ‘buzdili’ (coward) that I couldn’t accept and was more cautious about my business. I wanted her to hold it from being public. It is her ‘badappan’ that for two years she didn’t take our photos in public and heard taunts from everyone. She was called a liar. I felt very bad last time she broke down. I decided when Salman Khan will call me as a contestant I will come and accept her as a wife.” Salman finally agrees that he is her husband.

Ritesh said, “I understood Rakhi’s value very late. I can confidently say that I have travelled across the world and met many people and my IQ is very good. So I can say she is one of the precious stones. I have never met anyone of her level, who is very honest. Even though I am not this honest.” Salman adds that she is a police officer’s daughter and she catches a lie very fast.

Ritesh takes a rose in his hand and tells Rakhi, “Rakhi, I have hurt you and my heartfelt apologies for that. I am very sorry. You are my jannat, you are my life and whatever I have done I am really sorry. I want to tell in front of everyone I happily share that you are my wife in this life and in next 7 lives.”
