The
Bigg Boss 19 house, in a recent episode turned into a battleground during the Sports Day challenge. The housemates were divided into two teams — Team Red with Ashnoor, Farrhana, Tanya, Mridul, and Awez, while Team Blue had Nagama, Shehbaaz, Neelam, Baseer, and Zeeshan. With Gaurav and Amaal acting as sanchalaks, the pressure was high since the winning team would get the power to decide the new captain of the house.
The challenge was a twisted version of Scrabble where Bigg Boss asked direct questions about the housemates, and contestants had to spell out names using alphabet cloths. Once the names were ready, they had to defend their choices with reasoning. The latest task led to laughter, debates, and accusations as the contestants played the game.
The first round began with Bigg Boss asking, “Who is the fakest contestant in the house?” Team Red targeted Nehal, while Team Blue took Tanya’s name. Ashnoor recalled moments where Nehal flipped sides, while Mridul added how Nehal’s behaviour towards Farrhana had completely changed. Their arguments gave Team Red the first win.
In the second round, the question was, “Who is the most unhygienic contestant?” Team Red pointed at Shehbaaz, saying he often skipped bathing and admitted that he could even sleep on a dirty bed.
Blue team chose Abhishek, but they failed to spell on time, handing Red another victory.
Next, Bigg Boss asked, “Who is the most toxic contestant?” Both teams surprisingly picked Farrhana’s name. Tanya quickly defended the choice by saying, “If someone keeps bringing up ‘aukat’ and abuses just to instigate fights, that’s toxic.” Ashnoor backed it up, claiming Farrhana liked to stretch arguments unnecessarily. Team Red secured another win for their strong reasoning.
The fourth question was, “Who is the energy vampire of the house?” Both teams went after Kunicka. Zeeshan said that she loves picking fights and drains everyone’s energy, while Baseer reminded everyone of how she repeatedly targeted Tanya, which exhausted her mentally. Neelam added that Kunicka often wore people out with kitchen complaints. This gave Team Blue their first win.
For the next round, Bigg Boss asked, “Who is the least funny in the house?” Red picked Tanya, and she herself admitted that she doesn’t enjoy cracking jokes. Blue chose Natalia, saying her humour doesn’t land because of language issues. The sanchalaks agreed with Blue’s points, giving them another round.
The final question was, “Who talks big but never follows through?” Team Red pointed fingers at Nagma, while Blue went after Shehbaaz. Red’s reasoning was strong enough to convince the sanchalaks. Baseer however, argued, saying that his team wasn’t given enough chance to explain. Despite their frustration, Red won the round.
With four wins against Blue’s two, Team Red emerged as the winners of the Sports Day Scrabble Task. Now, the next captain of the house will be chosen from among Team Red and its allies: Ashnoor, Farrhana, Tanya, Mridul, Awez, Amaal, Pranit, and Abhishek.
