Bigg Boss 19’s Amaal Mallik apologises for liking tweets targeting Baseer Ali; says, “He’s been mature despite all the filth”
Bigg Boss 19 has come to an end, but the contestants of the show have continued to make headlines. Amaal Mallik and Baseer Ali, who shared a very close bond in Bigg Boss 19, recently had a fallout after the two unfollowed each other on social media. Amaal has now issued an apology to Baseer for liking tweets targeting him.
He took to his X handle and shared his take on the same. He expressed his views on the situation and explained why it happened, while apologising to Baseer for it. Fans made their way to the comment section and praised Amaal for the gesture.
The tweet read, “Most important thing I’d like to point out is that my friend and manager Krish & Mourjo have not spoken right about Baseer. It may not be direct, but indirectly targeting his song or how he is moving in his career is completely wrong.”
He further said, “Even from my account some tweets have been liked, and in the excitement of the releases I may have liked them without completely reading the whole thing, and from there matters have gotten even worse. I apologize for all of this & I am dil se sorry for the mudslinging happening towards my brother @Baseer_Bob. Grateful that he has been mature and not said anything in spite of all the filth that’s been thrown here.”
He concluded by saying, “I want both our fandoms to ceasefire, please, if you love us. And this is not for any music video that I’m saying this I genuinely feel bad about what has gone down. Sorry to Baseer and his entire fandom.”
