Debina Bonnerjee reacts to users calling her second pregnancy ‘too early’, breastfeeding, handling baby, work and more

Debina Bonnerjee recently took to Instagram to engage with fans and followers in an ‘Ask me anything’ session. Debina answered many questions pertaining to baby care, bringing up daughter Lianna, having a second baby and also hit back at users commenting that she should have given a gap before the second pregnancy.

Debina replied to users questioning her – I mean you should give time to Lianna little before 2nd child that’s my opinion btw congratulations. She wrote, “Am also asking. What do people do when they have twins.” When another user questioned, “Maam as in your first pregnancy you faced a lot of problem, don’t you think you should wait for atleast year for 2nd baby?” Debina strongly reacted, “What is your suggestion in such a situation I call a miracle? Abort?”

One of the users asked, “Pregnancy can’t happen during the lactation period till 6 month and your daughter is only four months old.” She replied, “Correct! But if you aren’t lactating at all then? It can happen… Am I right doctors?”

Another user asked, “Congratulations for your second pregnancy and wanna ask do you give breastfeeding also?” Debina shared, “Nope! She is completely top feed. And I am not ashamed of accepting that.”

A user questioned, “Are you wishing for baby girl again? I wish you are blessed with a baby girl again.” Debina replied, “Thank you for your wishes… I chose your question because you didn’t stress on the necessity of having a boy… I don’t desire anything in particular. I want a healthy baby.”

Debina replied to a user asking her if their second pregnancy was a planned one and she said, “God’s plan. Not mine.” Debina conceived Lianna after multiple IVF failures and complications. In four months after giving birth to Lianna, Debina and Gurmeet announced their second pregnancy with a note that read, “Few decisions are divinely timed and nothing can change that...this is one such blessing..coming soon to complete us.”

Debina received many comments from users calling her an inspiration for infertile patient, and other moms trying hard. Debina wrote for them, “The main thing is to enjoy the journey and stop worrying. A stress free life to reach a certain goal is the root cause for many problem.” To another calling her pregnancies a ‘miracle’, Debina replied, “I kinda understood with my own life’s experience. There is no right time for anything you have to turn time and life’s incidences in your favour.

One of the users asked Debina, “How do you manage baby and work? My baby always wants to be in arms…” Debina shared a sweet video of Lianna with her grandmother and wrote, “Thank God I have my maa, who she is very comfortable with. So I am at peace.
