Dipika Kakar and her mother-in-law get emotional talking about their bond; actress says 'After everything I went through last year, I’m grateful for today’

Dipika Kakar and husband Shoaib Ibrahim are currently enjoying a family holiday in Khimsar Rajasthan. They couple is travelling with their parents, son Ruhaan, brother and their staff. Shoaib gave fans glimpses of their holiday through his latest vlog. In the video Shoaib has shared best moments from the family vacation where the entire family is seen spending time with each other and also enjoying beautiful location of Rajasthan.

The video started with Shoaib informing fans about their plan for the day. He revealed that they are going to visit Dunes and also shares that while Dipika and he has visited the place, it is first time for their parents. He next showed his son Ruhaan's look for the day and he looked cute as a button. Shoaib was seen twinning in a similar shirt with his father. The entire family left for Dunes and sat in a huge spacious jeep. Shoaib and Dipika's moms were seen enjoying the ride in the jeep.

In the next moment, Dipika and Shoaib had a funny moment when Dipika's hair path came out due to strong winds. They all had a hearty laugh and Shoaib teased her saying 'Golmaal hai bhai sab Golmaal hai'. After they reached Dunes, Ruhaan was seen playing in the sand and Shoaib gave a sneak peek of their resort. Shoaib also shared views of the location and was seen taking a walk with his mother. Dipika and Ruhaan enjoyed a walk with his mother while singing rhymes.

While the family was resting, Dipika went to change her outfit as she wanted to click few photos in her Anarkali suit from her clothing line. Dipika wore a pink Anarkali and looked very pretty. Shoaib praised her and also clicked few photos of her as she posed for him.

Dipika spoke about how her mother-in-law accepted her with open arms because she can do anything for her son. She shared, "Shoaib, mom's love is so much for you that she can do anything. Her heart is filled with care, and for her child’s happiness, everything feels acceptable. The distance that needed to be reduced between me and mom was something both of us worked on together. The credit should be given to both sides for agreeing and moving ahead. After that, we didn’t dwell on it anymore. And by God’s grace, there has been no such situation since then."

Dipika, Shoiab and his mother sat over a cup of tea to chit-chat with each other. His mother praised Dipika-Shoaib's bond and said, "Main toh sabko bolti hoon, Maine Dipika Shoaib jaise mohabbat kahin nahi dekhi. Aur hona bhi chahiye main dil se keh rahi hoon. Mujhe bahot accha lagta hai." Shoaib poured his heart out as he spoke about his bond with two important women in his life, his mother and wife. He said, "Ek mard ki zindagi mein, ek maa aur ek biwi do logon ka bada makaam hota hai. Jitna maa ke liye hai, biwi ke liye bhi hai. Aur khuda ne bhi jitna haq, pyaar ammi ko di hai, biwi ko bhi diya hai."

Towards the end of the conversation Dipika and her mother-in-law got emotional talking about their bond. Dipika said, "Like yesterday, Shoaib asked me about the secret behind beauty because many people keep asking. Honestly, I feel that true beauty comes from being happy. When there is happiness within, it naturally shows on your face. The real peace and joy in life come from seeing your family happy. That’s all I want—for my family to be content. Nothing else matters more."

Dipika then went on to talk about her bond with her mother-in-law and the trio recalled their early days. Shoaib revealed how earlier he used to get stuck between his mother and wife Dipika as they couldn't understand each other. He said, "At the start, there were a few issues. When we first came together, everyone felt Dipika came from very different background. My mother’s lifestyle was different, so adjustments took time. In the beginning, I used to do a lot of things to manage everything, but one day I got really tired. I told them I was going away for a shoot for a month and made it clear that I didn’t want any complaints, from my mother or Dipika. I said, handle things among yourselves and don’t disturb me. After that one month, everything settled down on its own. Sometimes, it’s best to step back and let things fall into place."

She added, "While coming here today, I even hid my face twice, thinking Shoaib would tease me again for crying. But deep inside, I was just grateful. Alhamdulillah, Allah has allowed us to see this day. We are here with our parents and our child. We are together on a holiday and able to afford this life. After everything that happened last year with me, being able to live this moment today fills my heart with gratitude. I thank Allah for everything. May Allah bless everyone.
