Dipika Kakar shares a romantic post with husband Shoaib Ibrahim; calls him 'Mera Sukoon'
Television couple Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim is currently on a family trip to Lonavala to celebrate sister Saba Ibrahim's birthday. The couple is making the most of their time and spending some romantic moments together. They took to social media to share a romantic video where they can be seen holding hands and looking into each other's eyes.
The video showcases Dipika's elegance as she appears graceful in an Indian salwar kameez paired with a winter coat. She is seen lost in thought, looking effortlessly beautiful throughout the visuals. In the latter part of the video, her husband Shoaib enters the frame, gently holding her hands with their fingers intertwined and allowing her to lean her head on his shoulder. The couple chose a hit retro song, 'Tera Mera Pyaar Amar'. Dipika captioned the video as, 'Mera Sukoon'.
Dipika and Shoaib, who are usually tied up with work and family responsibilities, took a short break from their hectic routine. The couple have been travelling continuously, spending quality time together as a family.
From seeking blessings at Ajmer Sharif to exploring Jaipur and visiting Shoaib’s hometown, Maudaha, they have been on the move, soaking in the winter season.
Recently, in Rashmi Desai's podcast, the couple opened up about their love story. Dipika shared, "When we began working together, we instantly connected. We quickly became close friends and got along effortlessly. After he left the show, things changed, that’s when the real feelings started to grow. We both began to miss each other, and everything naturally moved forward from there. We never had a formal proposal. When someone truly completes you, their absence makes you aware of how important they are in your life. That’s when you realise that this person is meant for you."
Dipika and Shoaib met each other on the sets of Sasural Simar Ka, became friends and eventually fell in love with each other. After dating for nearly five years, the couple got married in a Nikah ceremony on February 22, 2018, in Shoaib's hometown, Maudaha, near Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
