Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya spotted with twins outside the hospital for first time; actor says ‘Ek Pe Ek Free’

TV actress Divyanka Tripathi, who recently welcomed twin baby boys, has been discharged from the hospital and she made her first public appearance. The actress along with her husband and twin baby boys was spotted outside her house today evening (May 29) in Mumbai.

The couple were seen at their house as they carried their little ones in their arms. They arrived in a specially decorated car celebrating the arrival of the twin boys.

As Divyanka and Vivek reached their house, their family members came to receive them. Divyanka's mom was also seen performing a few rituals before leaving. Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya happily posed for pictures with their twins, while Vivek also interacted warmly with the paparazzi waiting outside.

During his interaction with the paparazzi, Vivek was seen cracking a hilarious joke. He said, "Woh na hospital mein ek offer chal raha tha - ek pe ek free." his comment left everyone laughing out loud.


Divyanka and Vivek entered the parenthood phase after 10 years of marriage. They became parents to twin baby boys on May 26.

The couple, who got married in 2016 after meeting on the sets of the hit show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, shared the happy news through an emotional social media announcement that instantly went viral.

They shared in a joint post, “The wait is finally over... 'The Boys' are here, and life already feels more beautiful than we ever imagined. Mere Karan Arjun aa gaye! Need all your blessings as Div and I begin this incredible new chapter of parenthood”.

Earlier in an interview with IANS, Vivek spoke about his reaction after learning about Divyanka’s pregnancy. He shared, “Honestly, my first reaction was not overwhelming excitement. I actually felt nervous and a little stressed. When Divyanka first told me the news, I suddenly realized that a huge responsibility was about to begin.”

He added, "That feeling slowly started sinking in over the next few days. Then I understood that this is a process, and every person reacts differently. It did not mean I was not happy because, deep down, this is something both Divyanka and I always wanted. It is a beautiful phase, but I will always remember that my first reaction was nervousness."
