Small-screen couple Tina Philip and Nikhil Sharma got engaged a few days ago in the latter’s hometown, Delhi. The two met on the sets of 'Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee', in which they played siblings, and hit it off instantly. They started dating soon after the show wrapped up. Speaking to Bombay Times, Tina said, “After the engagement, we took to the floor and danced the night away. While I performed to Nai Jaana Nai Jaana, Nikhil and I had a couple dance to the song Dil Diyan Gallan. It was magical. We had not rehearsed the couple dance, but Nikhil has this signature step, which we dance to quite often at home.” Photo: Instagram

Tina’s parents also joined the couple. The happy bride-to-be said, “My parents danced to Yeh Chand Sa Roshan Chehra ('Kashmir Ki Kali'), for which they had rehearsed for almost a month. They didn’t even know the lyrics properly, since they hardly speak in Hindi, but they worked really hard.” Photo: Instagram
