Exclusive - Mahhi Vij reveals daughter Tara has been offered daily soaps but she's against it; says 'Don't want roz apna basta utha ke kaam par jaa rahi hai'

Mahhi Vij is a doting mother to her two-and-half-year-old daughter Tara. The actress is a hands-on mother to Tara and people close to her vouch for the same. Mahhi recently spoke to ETimes TV exclusively and opened up about her bond with her daughter Tara's popularity on social media and amongst the paparazzi. She also revealed that Tara has already been offered daily soaps but she doesn't want to ruin her childhood. Mahhi also lashed out at trolls who school and unwanted parenting tips to mothers. Yes, I am a strict mother at times. I don’t want her to take us for granted and I think she should be little scared of us because in future she might do things where she is not scared of us and she will take us for granted. Tara has been offered daily soaps lately and I am quite against it. Because I don’t want her childhood to be spent on the sets. I want her childhood and innocence should be there. As far as trolling is concerned I want to tell people who troll mothers or give parenting lessons to others that why don’t they spend that time with their own kids. Why are they on phone and on social media, leaving their own kids alone. Itna likhte Ho, khud ki parenting ka pata he nahi hai… giving advise to people, I would say first give advise to yourself. Tara is big enough now and I’ve taken care of her well enough for two and a half years. Luckily my mother is just next doors and also one of us always make sure to be there with Tara.
