Anita Hassananadani recently shared her post-pregnancy weight-loss journey and left her fans astonished when she revealed that she lost all the weight without any strict diets, she ate everything.

Charu Asopa

Viewers were stunned to see Charu Asopa back in shape within the first few months post her delivery. Charu shared a vlog revealing her weight loss after her C-section, She said, 'I used to have Ajwain water as much as possible, eat papaya and warm water. Later, she indulged herself in intense workouts and followed her diet with discipline.

Bharti Singh

Bharti had shed 15kgs in just 6 months before her pregnancy, while sharing about the diet she revealed that she used intermittent fasting to lose the extra pounds. She stated, "I don't eat anything between 7 and 12 p.m. I only eat food after 12 p.m. My body will not accept a feast after 7 p.m." With the recent pictures of Bharti, it seems the artist has been diligently working on her goal and the transformation is quite visible.

After giving birth to Tara, Mahhi has been away from work. The actress shared a reel revealing her diet plan and asked her fans to avoid wheat, aerated drinks and sugar. She also suggested less use of salt and added that she drinks ajwain water thrice a week.

Smriti Khanna shared a vlog on her weight loss journey where she revealed that she lost weight by doing yoga, during her pregnancy she ate everything that she craved but she used to keep a watch on the quantity of it. She didn't do any rigorous workouts but chose to continue with Yoga in the lockdown and was back in shape. Smriti got back in shape very soon and was even trolled for that but the actress informed fans that she didn't hit the gym immediately.

Initially, Kishwer had concerns about her weight, she was focused to lose weight before Nirvan's first birthday and in an exclusive conversation with BT, she shared, “After my delivery, I have been laid back about getting back in shape. It didn’t occur to me that I should hit the gym and lose weight. But now that I have signed a show, I want to work out and shed those extra kilos. I haven’t succumbed to any pressure — it’s purely for the love of my work. I put on 20 kgs during my pregnancy and still have about 12 kgs to lose. I want to be how I was before pregnancy. I have decided to lose extra weight by Nirvair’s first birthday in August. I don’t know hoga ki nahi but I will try my best. I will do it in a healthy way.”

Nisha had posted her intense workout video revealing her secret behind losing all the post-pregnancy weight. She captioned her post with all the guidelines to the workout: 'For all those who have been asking me about my weight loss and mostly for a post-pregnancy body, fat around the tummy area is most difficult to shed as the walls of the abdomen have expanded to accommodate another being for 9 months. I am still struggling to figure this out but whatever I have figured out so far, I am sharing in the form of 4 exercises targeted to strengthen your core."

Puja had lost 10 kgs right 6 weeks after her delivery, she had shared that she was even dealing with Post-Pregnancy Depression and amid her battle, she chose to get back in shape. In an exclusive conversation with BT, she shared, 'I don't have a nanny for my child, so I could not work out, but I went on a diet. I stopped eating carbs and sugar. In the evenings, I used to have light dinners that included soup and grilled chicken. I kept having fruits throughout the day. I have lost almost 10 kilos now and feel much more confident. Running after my child gave me a good workout. Seeing my husband climb 36 floors when he could not go to the gym also inspired me to become fitter.'
