What made her lose weight?

Weight loss journey

During the lockdown, Shehnaz Gill focused on her diet rather than engaging in intense workout training to lose weight. She managed to shed 12 kilograms by eliminating non-vegetarian foods, chocolates, and ice creams from her meals. In an interview, she shared that she typically consumed only one or two types of food each day, avoiding variety. For instance, if she had moong dal for lunch, she would have the same for dinner. She also practiced portion control, choosing to eat just one roti instead of two when she felt hungry.

Giving up the label 'Punjab Ki Katrina'
