From Dharmit Shah aka the new Goli to Sahil Shroff, Monaz Mevawalla and others: TV Celebs who got trolled for replacing popular Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah stars

Dharmit Shah recently stepped in the shoes of Kush Shah to play Goli after the actor made an exit from the show. Over the years many popular Taarak Mehta stars left the show with some other actors stepping in their shoes. Dharmit, Monaz Mevawalla and several other stars faced trolling after they replaced the popular stars. Here’s a sneak peek:-

Dharmit Shah, the new actor portraying Goli in "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah," faced a wave of negative comments following the departure of the original Goli, Kush Shah. Fans of the show were initially reluctant to accept Dharmit in the role, expressing their dissatisfaction online and criticizing his performance as they compared him unfavourably to Kush, who had become a beloved character over the years.

Monaz recently took over the role of Roshan Singh Sodhi in the comedy sitcom, replacing Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal. However, the audience has not responded well to the change, criticizing Monaz for "overacting" and calling for the return of the original Roshan. Jennifer, who played the character for over 15 years, had won fans over with her performance during her time on the show.

Raj Anadkat is another well-known actor from "Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah" who was replaced. Nitish Bhaluni took over his role as Tapu, but to this day, Nitish faces trolling and comparisons to Raj. Raj officially announced his exit from the show on social media, where he confirmed he was no longer part of the show and expressed his gratitude for all the love and support he received.

Balvinder replaced Gurucharan Singh, who had played the role of Sodhi since the show's inception. When Balvinder joined as the new Sodhi, the reaction from viewers was mixed. Gurucharan left the show to focus on his father's health issues, as he needed to devote time to his family. There were also rumours about possible conflicts with the production house, but Gurucharan never confirmed these reports.

Monika Bhadoriya portrayed Bawri for over six years, bringing much entertainment to the show. She was later replaced by Navina, who now plays Bawri. Monika left the show citing alleged mistreatment, financial issues, and other concerns. She also made serious allegations against the show's creators.

Sachin Shroff, who was earlier seen in "Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin," stepped into the role of Taarak Mehta after Shailesh Lodha left the show. Fans took a while to accept Sachin as Taarak since Shailesh had been part of the show for over a decade. Shailesh left midway due to creative differences and money issues. Reports suggest he was unhappy with his contract and was looking for better opportunities.

Palak Sindhwani took over the role of Sonu Bhide after Nidhi Bhanushali, who had been part of the show for over six years, left to pursue higher education. Initially, Palak faced a lot of trolling and criticism, but over time, viewers have come to accept her in the role.

Sunayana currently plays the role of Anjali Taarak Mehta in the show, taking over from the original Anjali, who had been part of the series since the beginning. Like other actors in the show, Sunayana faced heavy trolling after replacing the popular Neha, who originally portrayed the character.
