From Jheel Mehta aka Sonu to Bhavya Gandhi aka Tapu; here’s how the Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah child actors look now

From Jheel Mehta, who played Sonu, to Bhavya Gandhi, known as Tapu, the child actors of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah have grown up on screen. Here's a glimpse at their remarkable transformations since they first joined the show, showcasing how they've evolved over the years.

Nidhi who played Sonu in the show is known to be wild at heart and has stunned most of her fans with her transformation look. The former child actor even chopped off her long hair and donned a bob haircut in which she looked quite adorable. She played the role from 2012–2019.

Jheel was originally roped in as Sonu since the inception of the show in 2008. However, she quit the show in 2012 owing to her then board exams and is now successfully running her own business. She is now engaged and going to get married soon.

Bhavya Gandhi, commonly known as his on-screen character Tapu, portrayed Dayaben and Jethalal's kid. In 2008, he was only nine years old when he began a career in television with the show. He left the show in 2017 and now has ventured into films.

Samay Shah, who plays Gogi on Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is the son of the Sikh couple Roshan Kaur Sodhi and Roshan Singh Sodhi. His character is often seen wearing a turban, and he's been a familiar face on the show for a long time. He has been associated with the show since it’s inception.

Kush Shah portrayed the role of Goli, the beloved son of Dr. Hansraj Hathi and Komal Hansraj Hathi in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. However, just ahead of the show’s 16 years of celebration, the actor quit and Dharmit Turakhiya has replaced him.

Vrutansh Upadhyay was just 13 when he played Sameer in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, but now, at 18, his transformation has left fans amazed. In an interview with ETimes TV, he reflected on his experience, saying, "Working on TMKOC was great. The cast and crew truly felt like a family."
