From Love confession in Bigg Boss to their secret wedding in Kashi Vishwanath temple; Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah on their affair, Nach Baliye and more

Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah have been one of the most loved couples in the Industry. With Laughter Chefs the duo have turned into the most adored celebs. In the recent podcast with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, the duo got candid about their unique love story, Kashmera's love confession in Bigg Boss and more.

We never wanted to stay together, this would be the first love story where I thought I would leave her in 6 months. While Kashmera thought she would leave me in 3 months. But when you are destined to be with each other then you keep getting entangled. Soon after the film, I went to Mauritius for a Bhojpuri film, and that is when Kashmera gave me her phone to stay in touch. I took her phone and we kept talking. Then we kept seeing each other and we became friends.

Kashmera advised me not to do small films. I was really tensed and she used to push me to do better work. I made her sign 2 Bhojpuri films with me. And there are really good films in Bhojpuri Cinema as well and I really respect it. Once, she got a call from Anil Jha for Nach Baliye and we were offered. That is when he addressed me as my boyfriend. Kashmera had declared our bond in the press.

I had participated in the first season of Bigg Boss where I realised that I had fallen for Krushna. I didn't know they would telecast it and I told Rakhi that 'Govinda ke bhatije se mujhe pyaar hai.' And they thought Krushna's cousin Dumpy. But I had murmured Krushna's name and Rakhi even said that she had worked with him. When I got evicted, Arshad told me that 'Ab aap jaake Krushna se milengi'.

Krushna was in Banaras and I went to meet him there as I had never gone to the place. We went to Kashi Vishwanath and he put sindoor in my hairline. This happened on Feb 2nd 2007 and he told me, 'Aaj se teri meri shaadi ho gayi.' We got married and his film got released and it turned out superhit. Next, we got offered Nach Baliye and everything just transformed positively.

My father came to know about our affair when we got Nach Baliye's offer. My father was completely against it. They were like I would come on TV that too with a girl. Kashmera wanted me to venture into TV. And that happened at such a time when I had just begun to get good offers. I then convinced my dad, Kashmera asked me to quit films. I was in a major dilemma, but she made me do this and it completely changed my life.

Nach Baliye came, I was a dancer and I loved acting. People didn't know my backlog. People didn't know about us and we worked very hard on the show. One day I went to have a sandwich and a young girl yelled, 'mummy krushna' and that was the first time I realised people started knowing me. They showered so much love, that was the first I felt that love from the audience.

In the finale episode, the creatives asked me to become a girl and let the boys dance around me. Karan Patel, Hanif, Karan Grover and all came together and we danced on Hoth raseele. Though, Aamir and Sanjeeda won the show, I had received the most standing ovations on the show.
